Returns & Refunds Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales of beauty, skincare and cosmetic products are final. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than the exceptions listed below.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel a pre-shipping order, WhatsApp us as soon as possible at +91 92173 45995.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• An unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

For approved damage or wrong-product cases, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

5. Non-Eligible Reasons

We do not accept returns or refund requests for:

• Change of mind or wrong product ordered by mistake
• Shade, color or finish not matching expectations
• Mild allergic reactions (we strongly recommend patch-testing)
• Products with broken seals or that have been used
• Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
