1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on www.blushbabes.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website - including automated scraping, attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, or interfering with normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate colors, descriptions and prices, but slight variations and occasional errors may occur. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and supported wallets. We are prepaid only - Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped pan-India via Shiprocket and its courier partners. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

7. No Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty, skincare and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

The only exception is if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product. In that case, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92173 45995 within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos. Cases are reviewed individually. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - logos, product images, text and design - is the property of Blush Babes by M&M and is protected by applicable copyright laws. No part may be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blush Babes by M&M shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Always patch-test cosmetic products before full use.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
